    Wind Rose Construction exceeded our expectations! Nathan took all of our ideas into consideration and built a screened-in porch and deck that perfectly met our wants and needs. He was a true partner in the planning and design of the project and maintained open communications throughout the process. We've shared Wind Rose Construction with all of our neighbors (some quickly hired him for their own projects!) and would highly recommend that you work with them too. You can expect that Wind Rose Construction will offer quality craftsmanship, a keen eye for details, sound budgeting, and attentive project management.

    We hired Wind Rose Construction to do a home addition that included a Master bedroom, Master bath and screened in porch. We would not hesitate to use them again and can highly recommend. Specifically, pricing was competitive as compared to 3 other estimates we got. Communication and responsiveness was excellent. Lastly, quality of workmanship with the trades used was very good.

    Outstanding work building built-ins and separating our space into two rooms for our office and gym with an elegant French door wall. Communication was FANTASTIC throughout the process.     Nathan and his company, Wind Rose Construction, recently completed a move-out renovation of our home and we are extremely pleased with the results. Every room and surface was updated and a small office, primary closet dormer, and covered rear porch were added. Nathan was very patient while we sorted through plans and options and always presented us with well-reasoned rationales for going in one direction vs. another. He is very flexible, has a creative eye for problem solving, has strong subcontractors behind him and is a pleasure to work with. We are back in our home, love the results, and recommend Nathan Stivers and Wind Rose Construction without reservation.
